My background and My Why:

Personal

  • Moved back to Chandler in 2012

  • Married to husband Joe for 19 years, with two children, and a dedication to my family

Education + Career

  • ASU Alumni - BIS (Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies) Degree in Non-Profit Administration and Communication - GO SUN DEVILS!

  • Former Director of Volunteer Services for a Non-profit that helped homeless families with children, Save the Family.

  • Current business owner of an event planning company, Life Design Events.

  • City of Chandler - Resident Bond Exploratory Committee Member - Public Safety

  • 2024 Graduate of the Chandler Police Department Citizens Academy

  • Chandler Center for the Arts - Committee Contributor for 2025 Gala

  • Oversaw fiscally conservative event production budgets for a variety of clients

  • Recipient of awards and accolades from Chandler-Gilbert Community College, Save the Family Foundation, National Association for Catering Executives, Best of Phoenix, Arizona Foothills Best of, and One Community of Arizona - Recognized as a Change Agent.

  • Successfully served two terms on my downtown Chandler neighborhood HOA board, emphasizing community unity.

How did I get involved?

The rapid pace of redevelopment in downtown Chandler has impacted my neighborhood. I felt that our community was not considered, nor did proactive communication occur in decision-making.
